- Project information, floor plan images, generated drafts, edits, exports, and related files you upload or create in CozyPlan.

How we use information
- To provide, secure, maintain, and improve CozyPlan.
- To process uploaded floor plan images and generate editable 2D or 3D drafts.

AI processing and uploads
CozyPlan may use automated and AI-assisted processing to analyze floor plan images and produce editable drafts. Do not upload files that contain sensitive personal information, confidential third-party data, or content you do not have the right to process.
AI-assisted results can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting generated drafts before relying on them.
Sharing and service providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, infrastructure, AI processing, and support. These providers may process information only as needed to help us operate CozyPlan.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide CozyPlan, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account or project data by contacting us.
