These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CozyPlan. By using CozyPlan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What CozyPlan does
CozyPlan helps users upload 2D floor plan images, generate AI-assisted editable drafts, manually correct them, preview them in 3D, and export supported files.
CozyPlan is a design and visualization tool. It is not architectural, engineering, construction, safety, legal, or surveying advice.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to upload and process any file, floor plan, image, or project data you submit.
- You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, validating, and safely using any generated output.
- You must not use CozyPlan for unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or security-compromising activity.
- You must not upload sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material unless you are authorized to do so.
AI-assisted outputs
AI-assisted detection and conversion can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. Outputs may require manual correction. You should not rely on CozyPlan outputs for construction, regulatory compliance, measurements, safety decisions, or professional plans without independent review by qualified professionals.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload and create. You grant CozyPlan a limited right to host, store, copy, process, display, and transform your content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
Availability and changes
CozyPlan may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of CozyPlan after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers
CozyPlan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CozyPlan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use CozyPlan in a way that may cause legal or security issues.
