Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CozyPlan websites, application, public demo scenes, project storage, AI-assisted conversion, and export services. By creating an account, accepting these terms, or using CozyPlan, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What CozyPlan does

CozyPlan lets users draw or upload floor plans; generate AI-assisted editable drafts; create, rename, autosave, open, and delete cloud projects; edit rooms, walls, dimensions, doors, windows, closets, corners, and balconies; furnish and decorate 3D spaces; customize furniture, artwork, floors, paint, wallpaper, and wall areas; explore public demo templates; save or import CozyPlan scene files; and generate supported previews, DXF, and DAE exports.

CozyPlan is a design and visualization tool. It is not architectural, engineering, construction, safety, legal, or surveying advice.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. If you use CozyPlan for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Some features require an account, a verified email address, conversion or export credits, or a qualifying plan. You may authenticate with email and password or an available third-party sign-in provider.

Guest, local, and cloud projects

You may use certain manual design and public demo features without an account. Guest work may be stored only in your browser and may be lost if you clear browser data, change device or browser, or the storage is unavailable. Public demo templates are provided for exploration and are not private user projects.

When you create or save a cloud project, CozyPlan stores its current scene, uploads referenced image assets separately under your account, and automatically saves later changes. Identical image assets may be stored once and used by more than one of your projects. You are responsible for keeping independent backups and exporting any content you need. Deleting a project removes its project record and snapshot and cannot be undone through the service, but it does not delete separately stored account-level image binaries at that time. You may request deletion of account-associated data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Credits, plans, and purchases

AI conversions and cloud-generated exports may be limited by credits, quotas, beta access, or plan level. A credit may be consumed when a job is accepted; CozyPlan may restore it when a conversion fails. Free trials, prices, pack sizes, and included features may change prospectively. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, credits are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be resold.

Current purchase inquiries may be completed by email and may require manual activation. Any price, tax, payment, refund, cancellation, or expiry terms disclosed during a purchase also apply. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

• You must have the necessary rights to upload, embed, link to, process, and export every floor plan, image, artwork, wallpaper, URL, file, and other item you submit.
• You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, validating, and safely using any generated output.
• You must not use CozyPlan for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, privacy-invasive, or security-compromising activity; upload malware; interfere with the service; bypass quotas or access controls; or attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or automated extraction except where law expressly permits it.
• You must not upload sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material unless you are authorized to do so.
• You must not use an external image URL in a way that violates the host's terms, enables unauthorized tracking, or infringes another person's rights.

AI-assisted outputs

AI-assisted detection, image transformation, measurement extraction, and conversion can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. Outputs may omit or invent walls, openings, labels, measurements, or other details and require manual correction. You must not rely on CozyPlan outputs for construction, regulatory compliance, quantities, accessibility, property boundaries, measurements, safety decisions, or professional plans without independent review by qualified professionals.

Because outputs depend on your inputs and probabilistic systems, we do not promise that they will be unique or that similar results will not be produced for other users.

Your content

As between you and CozyPlan, you keep your rights in content you upload or create. You grant CozyPlan and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, transmit, display, and create technical derivatives of that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve CozyPlan, fulfill your requests, and comply with law. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except for content retained in backups, logs, legal records, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit content if you cannot grant this license. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of your content and for obtaining any required notices, permissions, and consents.

Feedback

If you submit an issue report, you authorize CozyPlan to review the submitted text, screenshots, technical context, selected-element details, and scene snapshot to diagnose the issue and improve the service. Remove confidential or unnecessary information before submitting. If online submission fails, the app may download the report to your device so you can decide whether to send it.

Exports, downloads, and external services

Scene, image, DXF, and DAE exports may lose detail, simplify geometry, or differ across other software. A portable CozyPlan scene file may contain complete embedded copies of its referenced artwork and wallpaper images. You are responsible for checking exported files, protecting any confidential content, and ensuring that you have the right to share every embedded image before distributing a file. Cloud-generated export links may contain access tokens; treat them as confidential and do not share them unless you intend the recipient to access the file.

CozyPlan depends on third-party services for authentication, cloud infrastructure, storage, analytics, AI processing, and email delivery. External image URLs and third-party sign-in are also governed by the relevant provider's terms. An external image may change, become unavailable, reject browser access, or cause its host to receive request information. We are not responsible for third-party services or content outside our control.

CozyPlan rights

CozyPlan, its software, interface, branding, templates, catalogs, and service content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not use CozyPlan branding or redistribute our templates or catalog assets as standalone assets without permission.

Availability and changes

CozyPlan may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, formats, quotas, plans, or public templates. We do not guarantee that any feature or content will remain available. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date on this page. If a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimers

CozyPlan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, file compatibility, data preservation, and uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CozyPlan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, content, goodwill, business opportunities, or costs arising from inaccurate designs, measurements, AI outputs, exports, unavailable service, or your use of or inability to use CozyPlan. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using CozyPlan at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or others, fail to pay applicable charges, or use CozyPlan in a way that may cause legal or security issues. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export your content, but urgent safety, legal, or security circumstances may require immediate action.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including content responsibility, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions—will survive.

General

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these terms without our permission; CozyPlan may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Applicable mandatory law and consumer protections remain unaffected.
